Since we are living in an apartment, that means we need to buy at least some food and have a few other essentials. We started by going to specialty shops near here, but they don't have much selection and are expensive. Most people in the city go to Conad which is a pretty good chain of small grocery stores with good selection and prices. It's like Conan the Barbarian meets... well, gonad, but we're still settling on a nickname. The real treasure? You can snag some fine Tuscan wines for just 5 euros a bottle. Cheers to that!

We took a walk through the Boboli gardens this afternoon in betwen homework and dinner (la cena). The sculptures were definitely not what you see in the museums, but kind of funny.

Oh superman really? He's my hero!

Everyone thinks they're funny, but I always get the last laugh.
